the Napalm Special: Couch Potato

Let's all agree that couch potato is a cute way to relax and not a means to insulting someone who wants to simply melt into the cushions, yes? Okay. I haven't done a Napalm Special in some time and I missed it! So here is this weeks episode on my meditations on motivation, plus theres a short literary lesson. What's not to love? I will say that whatever your situation is, be gentle with yourself and know that you can pull through. I have faith in you and am proud of you no matter where you are in your journey, do what you need to heal.
